INT. KITCHEN DAY

HOLLY
You know those French fish
with the noses - or are they
 from Spain? The ones you have to give
 to the Queen if you catch them...?


ME
Sturgeon?


HOLLY
Well, if you get one, you have to give
it to the Queen. Drive it down to
 England and give it to her. (PAUSE)
I don't know what she does with them.


ME
Maybe she has a big fish tank.


HOLLY
Or a big cupboard.  Why are you laughing?
 It's not funny. Stop laughing or I'll
go and tell her. You shouldn't
laugh at the queen.
