I got a letter from my bank today:

Dear Mr Baldwin,

Account Number XXXXXXXXXX

I write to advise that your above mortgage has now been repaid in full.
I stopped reading after that.

WoooooooooHoooooooo!!!!!!!!!

Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!

There's been a lot of air punching and random 'Yesssss!'ing going on all day.

I'll get used to it.
